Tube, exposed to the substances, should not only be compatible with the media, but also not contaminate the fluids it handles. Tube is designed to resist heat, oils, such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, ethanol, methanol, biofuel, biodiesel and other fuel blends.
Barrier is designed for super low permeation, which is usually made of thermoplastic material.
Adhesion layer is designed as the secondary defense of the hose resisting oils and fuels.
Reinforcement supports resistance against internal pressures. Textile, yarn, fabric, polyester and wire are available. Wire is designed to dissipate static electricity and avoid igniting the oils.
Cover is a protective cover of the hose to resist ozone-crack, sunlight, heat, oils, cut, weather, abrasion, wear and other adverse factors occurs in working environment.
